Meditation with Alexandra: Mindfulness

During the sessions participants will gain an understanding of the Foundations of Mindfulness and be able to integrate them into a consistent practice. Our sessions will contain a brief talk, a 20-30 min practice and Q&A. These sessions will be live via Zoom.

Recognizing our emotions and creating awareness around our feeling states. Practicing naming and acknowledging.
