Mindfulness and Mindful Meditation with Alexandra ~virtual~

During the sessions participants will gain an understanding of the Foundations of Mindfulness and be able to integrate them into a consistent practice. Each session will contain a brief talk, a 20-30 min practice and Q&A. We will meet through Zoom for 45 minutes every Monday at 8:00am ET. Alexandra will begin each session with a guided or silent meditation, followed by a short talk, and an open time for sharing joys, difficulties, and questions about the participants meditation practice.
