Therapeutic Yoga with Brahmi

This group class will include breathing, stretching, strengthening and alignment awareness to improve joint health, relieve pain, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall well being. Each class will conclude with relaxation and meditation. The flows for each class will depend on the needs of the attendees. Issues that can be addressed include back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, hand and wrist pain, stress and anxiety.
