Cardio-Dance with Joanna

Cardio-dance with Joanna is a dynamic fusion of Jazz, Hip-hop, Lyrical, strength-training, Latin and Modern dance styles designed to give you an exhilarating full-body work-out. Joanna’s choreography reflects her own unique personal style, merging artistry with fitness. Her classes not only make you sweat, but also help you express your emotions and allow energy to move more freely throughout your body. Joanna’s ultimate goal is for you to leave class feeling more joyful and more connected to yourself and those around you.  
No dance experience is required and there is no pressure to keep up with the choreography.  The important thing is that you keep moving, find your own rhythm and have fun.
