This class is like an hour-long vacation. Tune into Yoga Nidra and tune out your stress. Yoga nidra is a guided meditation that research has shown to reduce tension, stress, pain, anxiety, improve sleep and wellbeing. You don’t even need a yoga mat or have your camera on. Yoga can even do this practice lying down in bed. It is an easy way to de-stress and stay connected to Self. You just have to breathe, listen, and go within on a guided journey through the layers of your being. There you may discover a whole world. You may discover Self. What else are vacations for?
