Physician & NP-Led Group Medical Visit Series
Creating Health from Within
A seven-part series on the art of building lifelong health — integrating lifestyle medicine and anthroposophic medicine.
Rooted in salutogenesis, the science of creating health, and the healthy development of the Seven Life Processes & the Twelve Senses
October 2026 – March 2027 · Mondays 5:15–6:15 PM · Waltham, MA
Led by Stephen Roberts, MD & Ziesl Maayan, NP
What is Salutogenesis?
Creating health — not simply preventing disease
Salutogenesis is the process of creating health — not simply preventing disease. By cultivating healthy rhythms, nourishing relationships, meaningful activity, restorative sleep, movement, nutrition, and inner development, we strengthen our capacity for resilience and healing — not only for ourselves, but in the lives of others we help shape.
Through interactive group medical visits, you’ll gain practical tools for cultivating health while deepening your understanding of the relationship between body, soul, and spirit.
Who This Series Is For
