Why Herbal Medicine?

An apothecary you can grow at home

Herbs have supported human health for as long as medicine has existed — and modern research keeps confirming what traditional practice has long known. In this series, our clinicians guide you through the herbs most useful for everyday concerns: how they work, how to prepare them, and how to use them safely alongside your medical care.

Every session is hands-on. You’ll taste teas together, learn simple preparations like infusions and compresses, and blend your own take-home tea from the session’s herbs — so your home apothecary grows week by week.

Who This Series Is For

Open to everyone — practice members and non-members alike, no membership required. Families are welcome: children may attend with a parent, and every session highlights herbs that are gentle and safe for kids.
