We work with many patients from Cambridge who are looking for a more precise, thoughtful approach to their health—especially when the standard process hasn’t led to clear answers.
Inner Healing Medical is located in North Waltham, a short drive from Cambridge. For many, it’s close enough to be practical, but different enough to offer a level of care that’s hard to find in more traditional settings.
When the usual approach isn’t enough
Most of the people who come to us have already been through the system. They’ve had labs done, seen specialists, and tried to piece things together on their own.
What’s often missing is a coherent interpretation—an understanding of how the pieces relate to each other, and what actually matters.
Common concerns we see include:
- Persistent fatigue or low energy without a clear explanation
- Digestive issues that fluctuate or resist standard treatment
- Hormonal symptoms that don’t neatly fit into a diagnosis
- Cognitive symptoms like brain fog or difficulty focusing
- A general sense that something is off, despite “normal” results
- Mold
How we approach it
Our work combines elements of integrative and functional medicine, but in a way that stays grounded and practical.
We focus on:
- Careful review of your history and prior testing
- Selective use of additional labs when they add value
- Identifying patterns across systems (metabolic, gastrointestinal, hormonal)
- Building a plan that is both evidence-informed and realistic
The goal is not to run more tests or try everything—it’s to understand what’s most likely driving your symptoms and act on that.
Working with existing data
Many Cambridge patients come in with extensive lab work, sometimes from multiple sources.
A significant part of our role is helping interpret that information in context—separating signal from noise, and turning it into a clear next step.
This often brings a level of clarity that was missing before.
Location and accessibility
Our office is in North Waltham, near the Cambridge and Belmont line. For many patients, it’s an easy drive—often 8–15 minutes depending on where you are in Cambridge.
We also offer virtual follow-ups when appropriate.
